Churches as Centres of Hope
Community work is not an add on to ministry. It is ministry.
Member churches feed people, tutor learners, run support groups for families and open their halls to community meetings. Much of this happens without funding and without recognition.
The council's role is to help these efforts last. That means helping churches record what they do, measure the impact and approach municipalities, departments and donors with a credible case.
Where a church can show its work clearly, doors open. Partnerships follow, and the community gains a resource it can rely on beyond Sunday.
